  Recently, I came across a gentleman on the internet expounding on the pursuit of dreams. He proclaimed, "Gentlemen, I implore you to abandon your desk jobs and pursue your true passions! Speeding Through Content: A Challenge to Our Tolerance and Patience

Many of the leading online streaming applications have introduced a speed control option as their latest update. Seemingly, it is quite a remarkable updation as users are provided the opportunity to manually adjust the speed of the video they are watching online. But have you thought about the consequences this might lead to in the long run? Here's my take on it.  We humans naturally have common innate behaviors that help us to thrive in every situation we routinely encounter. However, patience is one such trait that is pivotal to our existence. With the inclusion of attributes that help regulate the pace of videos to save time, ultimately, our patience level is likely to gradually decline which will in turn affect our mental wellness.
