  I've often wondered how childhood experiences shape our adulthood. Certain factors play a crucial role in developing an individual's mental state, including past incidents and parental care. A child raised in a loving foster family is likely to develop enthusiasm for others and enjoy a healthier mental state in early adulthood.   After a rigorous workout Akash went straight to a one minute plank. Before his stop watch struck the final second his body began shivering and he collapsed on the yoga mat.
