Misconceptions in Fitness Industry

  After a rigorous workout Akash went straight to a one minute plank. Before his stop watch struck the final second his body began shivering and he collapsed on the yoga mat. He was gasping for breath as he took the bottle to have a sip of water from it. However he felt relaxed as dopamine rushed into his brain and gave him a temporary satisfaction. And just when he thought that his problems would not bother him for the rest of the day, they kept coming one after the other engulfing him in unwanted fear and insecurities.
